Students at the oracle set up & organised their own ping pong tournament during their Public Services session.
Cooking club
Anna cooked up a storm
in the kitchen at cooking club. She made pizza swirls & took them home for her dinner.
Travel training
Well done to Crystal who has completed her travel training.
Dog training
Jermaine has come so far in dog training. Initially Jermaine was wary of our therapy dog, but through weekly dog training he has built a fantastic relationship with Molly.

Volunteering in the community
5B have been out & about volunteering in the local community. They have been busy planting flowers at Watson Rd Park with the help of our therapy dogs Molly & Daisy.
Cycling
Some of our Sixth Form students have chosen cycling as part of health & fitness. Hannah completed 8 laps of the cycle track & wanted to keep going. Good work Hannah!
Making lunch
As part of preparation for adulthood students make their own lunch once a week at the oracle. Ellie & Emma made tomato pasta bake for their lunch with cupcakes for dessert.
Bark off
What a great start to completing ‘Bark off’ miles. Our Sixth form students all all completed 10 minutes of cycling to start clocking up miles.
Life skills
5B have been busy in their life skills lesson, they have followed instructions & built two shelving units. Victoria made a fantastic project manager!
Technology awards
Our winning 6th form student had a great day at the ‘If I was an engineer’ exhibition yesterday. Thomas went along with his Mum & brother, as well as PCA staff to receive his award.
Volunteering
5B have been busy with volunteering at Watson Road Park. They have worked hard to overturn soil ready to plant new flowers, pruned the rose bushes & deweeded planters.
Public service qualification
Public services looks at any problem that can arise in technology, as they’re replied on for communication & locations. Daniel has been investigating the impact of technology failing & the back up plans that are then used.
