2W 2024-2025

Congratulations to our Scarf wearer and star of the week. You have both tried your very best this week to be kind friends and join in with our lessons, well done!

This week we had a very special visit from the British Red Cross who delivered some fantastic first aid training. We learnt how to perform life saving skills such as CPR and abdominal thrusts to help someone who is choking! 

This week 2W have had a wedding! We had a bride and a groom along with a vicar, a ring bearer and lots of guests. We enjoyed acting out a ceremony and throwing confetti in the sky. To finish the wedding we watched as the bride and groom had their first dance and we all joined in for a party.

Today in Bucket time 2W enjoyed counting cars and then doing their very own car wash. They had so much fun!

In our stem lesson today we decorated cardboard tubes, attached toys to the, and sent them down the Zip-line. Everyone loved watching them go down.

2W have had a very special visit with some firefighters in their fire engine! We got to try on some firefighter uniforms and have a go with the hose!

Today 2W enjoyed their food related bucket time where they played ‘tomato splat’ and then decorated and ate biscuits.

Congratulations to Logan who is our star of the week this week for asking questions using ‘where’. Your communication skills have wowed your teachers this week, well done!

2W have enjoyed their STEM lesson where we made ballon rockets! We enjoyed watching the balloons fly across the room attached to a string like a rocket!

3J and 2W shared their books today in their book buddies lesson. They were all really well behaved and enjoyed it.
