Today at myerscough we have learnt lots about different plants that was located in the Tropical Zone the and Temperate Zone in plant world. After break we planted butternut squash, pumpkins, sweetcorn and Broad bean that have been left at college to grow in the sun house.

Animal Husbandry: Feeding Small Animals.
During the afternoon session the pupils prepared and fed the animals of the small animal unit.
They prepared fruit, vegetables and crickets to feed to hedgehogs, rabbits, rats, chickens, bearded dragon, frog, giant African land snails, guinea pigs, tortoise, leopard gecko and hermit crabs.

We are Outstanding
Today we got to celebrate our most recent Ofsted inspection. We all had an OUTSTANDING day with a special assembly, visit to westbury fun house and ice-cream as reward for our fantastic achievement.

Indian Stick Insects
Pupils looked after Indian Stick and Sungaya stick insects replacing their brambles and spraying the habitats with water.
