Breathing and Blowing

Today in our workshop some pupils from Key Stage 2 were talking about how our hearts beat faster and our breathing can change when we feel worried about something.

We practiced breathing slowly, taking deep breaths in, counting to five and slowly breathing out again.

Can Coco listen to commands?

Matthew took Coco for a walk this morning around Stanley Park. He was using short commands to guide her along the twisting paths. He was learning to call her name and ask her to sit at the roadside and for treats.
