4H 2023-2024

4H have been using the Bunsen Burners in Science to heat the water for their hot chocolate. They all enjoyed their drinks especially when squirty cream and marshmallows were added ! 

A lovely surprise for Lee and Paul today when players from BFC arrived in school and awarded them with presents! 

Two experiments this afternoon for 4H. First they all put a chocolate button on their tongues to see what happens to it and then they all put 2 marshmallows and a chocolate button on a biscuit and put it in the microwave to watch their snowmen melt . 

4H had a fabulous time at the pantomime this morning and enjoyed every minute of it .

Some of 4H are hard at work in DT helping Mr Miller with the props for our Nativity next week.

Today 4H tried out a new experiment called Christmas Chromatography to make Christmas baubles. They cut out baubles from filter paper, drew different coloured dots on the paper with felt tips, then used a pipette to drop water onto the paper. They look really good 4H, well done!

We are all so pleased for Adam and Liam who have won raffle prizes from our Enterprise yesterday!

Alexis, Adam and Stuart are all raring to go selling their gingerbread men cookies and snowman skewers at our Enterprise Morning.

4H have started to decorate their classroom for Christmas. Sevannah, Adam and Lee are on the production line for paper chains.

Sevannah is very pleased with how 4H’s Gingerbread Cookies for Enterprise are looking! 

It’s all systems go for 4H making gingerbread men for Enterprise Morning !
