A surprise new pupil in 2R!
Today 2R welcomed a new friend to our class! Lucas has been super busy with his mum at home creating a scarecrow, we have enjoyed asking questions on how Lucas made the scarecrow and look forward to designing our own for the forest school on outdoor learning day.

This week we have been learning a new song. We made comparisons between the songs we have learned, discussing the rhythm, tempo and different instruments we can hear. Well done everyone!

Today 2R have been learning about magnets and discovering what materials and objects attract and repels.

Today 2R have been working hard to bake cakes ready for the spring fair tomorrow. We hope to see you all there!
2R English
2R have been looking at different story book characters to identify which are good and which are evil. They have worked hard as a group to discuss this and selected different adjectives to describe each of them. Well done everyone.
2R Science
Today 2R have been learning about reversible and irreversible changes in materials. We explored what happens to playdough, ice, chocolate, bread and candles and discussed if the changes can be reversed back to how it was. Well done 2R!
