Today Lucas in 2R showed us what he has been working on at home as part of our termly topic task about Poles and Deserts. He has created an amazing desert shoe box and told us about the different things he has included. Well done Lucas! 

Today in PE, 2R have enjoyed exploring different ways of moving our bodies and how to balance safely on equipment. Well done everyone!

For Arts Award this half term 2R are learning about cheerleading. We’ve looked at professional cheerleading at events and their routines. Today we practiced our own routine and learned some new moves. Well done everyone!

This week, students in 2R have been working hard making their own Christmas cards and Calendars! They have enjoyed using different materials to make their wonderful crafts! 

2R all sat together for Christmas Dinner! We had a traditional Christmas lunch which we all enjoyed! During our meal we pulled Christmas crackers and had lots of fun with our friends. 

2R played pass the parcel! They listened carefully to the music and took turns with their friends to pass the parcel around. 

This afternoon, 2R had their Christmas Party. 2R listened to their favourite Christmas songs and danced the afternoon away! 

Winter Wonderland has begun. This morning 2R started off by meeting the donkeys. We have had lots of fun learning about them and feeding them lots of hay.
