Enterprise
We worked very hard today on our Enterprise. We filled the baubles up with pom-poms or shredding, before learning how to use the Cricut to make the name! We’re very proud of our final product.
Star and SCARF
Well done Jacob, you are our star for working super hard following imperative verbs and well done to Logan, you are our SCARF wearer for being safe around the toaster!
How to wash a woolly mammoth
We have started our new book in English, How to wash a woolly mammoth.
We had our very own mammoth come to visit 2M. We had to help wash him, using imperative words to direct us what to do.
Making toast
As part of learning about instructions in English, today we made our own toast following steps. This also helps us to prepare for adulthood and learn to be careful round kitchen appliances.
Well done Logan!
Well done Logan, this weekend he completed a sponsored swim. He swam 3200m!
Star and SCARF
Well done Chenar, you are our star for fantastic sorting of Bronze age toys, and Amber our SCARF wearer for being a caring friend.
Children in need
Everyone looks spotacular in their outfits today and even got a special picture with Pudsey!
Big Eco Switch Off
As part of the Big Switch off, we teamed up with 3S and went on a nature walk. We enjoyed walking and interacting with our new friends in KS3.
Lemonade
As part of our English topic of instructions, we followed instructions on how to make lemonade today. We enjoyed gathering the ingredients, before making it as a class and then tasting the final piece! Delicious
Bronze Age Roundhouse
We finished our roundhouse by attaching the thatched roof using dried grass!
