Home cooking

In our home cooking session this week we made lemon and blueberry muffins.

We all learnt how to carefully zest the lemons using a grater, we then mixed this with the other ingredients into a batter which we carefully placed into muffin cases.

 

We also checked what temperature the oven…

DT making cheese on toast

Well done 2R you enjoyed going into the food tech room and made some cheese on toast. You all did an amazing job grating the cheese independently and sprinkling it onto your toast. You were all very responsible and concentrated on what you were doing. Thumbs up for some great work!

Therapy dog training

Well done to 4 of our students for completing their ‘Therapy Dog Ambassador’ training. 
They have undertaken 6 weeks of training with KRR Dog training company to become confident in giving instructions & commands to our therapy dogs.

Paint mark making

This afternoon in 1P we got the paints out!

We put all the paints out with brushes, rollers, sponges and let them use their hands anything they wanted and allowed the children to just go crazy and mark make.
