Watercolour painting
In Art today class 4H have been painting pineapples using watercolour paints. We have been inspired by Guisseppe Arcimboldos fruit portraits and today we are starting a new fruit project using pineapples.
Making bath bombs
Today class 4H have been making bath bombs. We mixed all the ingredients, added a colour and a scent and then we moulded them into a shape - we chose doughnuts, rainbows and stars. Well done class 4H!!
Elmer trail
Some of the year 10s have been on an Elmer trail. We have been walking around Blackpool on our Duke of Edinburgh course. We have been using our map to find the Elmer Elephants that have been placed around Blackpool.
Duke of Edinburgh nature walk
Today our year 10 Duke of Edinburgh group took a nature walk into Stanley Park. We used our maps to navigate our way from an entrance, through the park and around the clock tower. As we walked we looked around to identify what we could see to make sure we were on the right track. Well done Year…

Stanley Park
Today we finally got to go to Stanley Park for our rewards day trip, unfortunately rain stopped play last week but we managed to go today, the class had a great time on the Park, feeding the ducks and having a nice walk around tge Park, well done 4H
Easter activities
4H have helped with the Easter activities in the hall with key stage 1 and 2. They helped with the bake sale, making stain glass windows from tissue paper, tasting hot cross buns and decorating eggs.
