The creation of mountains
3J have learnt all about the creation of different types of mountains. They learnt all about fold, plateau and dome mountains. 3J then did an experiment for 3K to show how they are created.

Chinese New Year
3J have been finding out about Chinese New Year today and acted out the Chinese calendar story.
Mr Doodle tops !
3J had a lovely Art lesson designing their own tops in the style of Mr Doodle ! It was lovely to see everyone use their imagination and creativity.
School’s Alive
Lily, Alfie and James sang with the choir during the School’s Alive show at the Winter Gardens. They sounded great, well done!

RE cleansing ritual
In our RE lesson today, 3J looked into the cleansing ritual of Wudu that Muslims practice before they begin worship. They practiced washing their hands and brushing their teeth which Muslims do 5 times a day before prayer.
Move it Groove it
3J have been working on our fitness levels in Move it Groove it with attempting the Bleep Test ! Everyone managed to run the length of the Muga within 7 seconds.
3J trip to St Mary’s School
3J had the best time taking part in a PE lesson that was created by the Sixth Form students at St Mary’s. Everyone completed lots of challenges and got try all the different machinery in the fitness suite!
