Our first time using the big climbing frame!

This afternoon we had so much fun enjoying our first turn on the big climbing frame on the field.

Fire engine visit!

We loved our visit from the fire engine and fire fighters this morning. We looked at the fire engine, tried on some of their uniform, and had a go at squirting the hose pipe. What an experience!

Getting ready for the Fashion Show!

This morning we have enjoyed using the outdoor classroom in the hive to create our t-shirts ready to wear for the fashion show later this month. We used a variety of colours to link in with our fashion show song ‘koo koo kangaroo - awesome rainbows’.

Dinosaurs and slime

Wow ! Independent learning time was great fun, we had the opportunity to play with dinosaurs and slime. We enjoyed the sensory texture and enjoyed the feeling of the slime in between our fingers, some of us poured the slime into containers.

Requesting the trampoline

Tyler enjoyed his sensory input today and amazed us by requesting by guiding an adults hand.

Attention Autism stage 3- Turn taking

Wow! Very impressed by 1C we took part in a stage 3 attention autism session whereby each child had to choose a play dough cutter and press it into the dough. Children followed the instructions after it was modelled by an adult first.
