Cooking At The Oracle
Yr 14 have made baked potatoes with peppers and spring onions and apple and pear crumble today. They have used the rubbing in method to make their crumble mix.
Hazards
3A have been identifying where they feel safe. They then tidied the classroom to make sure it was free from potential hazards.
Public Services at B&FC
Public Services group visited the library at B&FC today. We researched books on health & fitness & found an interesting fact to pass onto our class.
Decorating our pumpkins in DT
In DT today we were decorating our pumpkins for halloween!
we were using orange and black paint to mark make on our pumpkins! Using different tools to create marks such as brushes, sponges and our fingers!
Our pumpkins looks Spooktacular! And we all had a fun time!
Drama
Today in Drama we watched hetty the musical and then did freeze frames of each character! Well done 4M
Using captions
This morning 3J finished off their work on non-fiction texts by creating their very own instagram post. They created a user name & added a caption to their picture.
It’s a Pumpkin!
This morning we have loved exploring pumpkins, focusing on the vocabulary “pumpkin, orange, seeds”. We enjoyed using our senses to look, smell, touch and scoop out the seeds from the pumpkin.
Working together
The pupils in 4S all had a go at guiding each other around a obstacle course and did brilliant without using their eyes and trusting in their classmates. Well done!
Halloween Treats

Our new sensory room
We were very lucky to have new supplies arrive for our sensory room in class over half term. We have enjoyed relaxing under the different colours, using the light table and watching the fish in the bubble tube.
Sensory feet trek
We had a special delivery, our new feet trek! We enjoyed feeling the different textures, walking, hopping and dancing over the different tiles. We all had our favourite one!
