Mrs Whitworth has been explaining to 4H how fireworks get their different colours by using different chemicals. They all had a go at making Sparklers !
Achiever of the Week
A big congratulations to Leland who is our achiever of the week. His handwriting during his phonics lessons was simply amazing - keep this up, you’ve made excellent progress this week, and we’re very proud of you!
Spinning Fireworks Art
Wow 1C ! We all took part in making a large firework, using a spinner and adding paint, everyone chose a colour to add to the spinner, and we enjoyed watching the effect it made on the paper.
We remember
We had a very special day today to remember all the soldiers and celebrate them and all of the things they have done to keep us safe. We made poppies, had a 2 minute silence and a wonderful assembly to finish the day.
