Technology awards
Our winning 6th form student had a great day at the ‘If I was an engineer’ exhibition yesterday. Thomas went along with his Mum & brother, as well as PCA staff to receive his award.
Plasticine Modelling
This week in Art we’ve been practicing our plasticine modelling skill to create different shapes and creatures.
Volunteering
5B have been busy with volunteering at Watson Road Park. They have worked hard to overturn soil ready to plant new flowers, pruned the rose bushes & deweeded planters.
Volunteer clean up
Our superstar year 10 volunteers have helped to clean up the Key Stage 1 playground. We used our tools and wheelbarrow to brush up the leaves and grass and picked up any rubbish we could find. Then we tidied and arranged the play equipment, well done 4H!
Plastercine Arcimboldo masks
In todays Art lesson we have continued with our Arcimboldo theme by starting to make masks using plastercine. This morning we have started to layer on top of a plastic mask with our choice of coloured plastercine, next week we will add our fruit shaped plastercine to create our designs.
