PCA Year 11 Leavers' Assembly Friday June 28th 2024
The school hall was packed with parents, carers, pupils and staff so a small Band performed from the back of the hall. Thanks to Mr Pye for coming to work early for to play with us and to Cameron on drums for playing perfectly in his first proper concert!
Breakfast time
This morning, we made our own breakfast, making a choice between butter or jam. We tried our best to spread the jam/butter on our toast and then an adult helped us to finish it off. Yum yum!
"Donut" worry, be happy
5J had a great time today making their own doughnuts from scratch.
After baking them in the air fryer they decorated them and devoured them!!

Teaghan supporting in KS1
Big well done to Teaghan who has not only been supporting in KS1 at break times, but has also been going with Miss Cassidy to support 1C and 1P in their Music lessons. Miss Cassidy said Teaghan did a great job, we’re all super proud of her.
Volunteering in the community
5B have been out & about volunteering in the local community. They have been busy planting flowers at Watson Rd Park with the help of our therapy dogs Molly & Daisy.
Marshmallow Towers
Today class 4H have been constructing towers from toothpicks and marshmallows, there was a competition to see who could build the tallest and the winner was Liam! Well done Liam!!
Money and it’s value
In maths, we have been learning about money and all the different coins and their values. 2W role played being in a shop and counting out their coins for the correct amount.
Grumpy the Stone
In maths, 2W have been learning about prepositions. We used Grumpy the Rock to help demonstrate different prepositions.
2W cheerleading
During Arts Award, 2W have been practicing their cheerleading moves.
Sustainability Conference 2024
Our Eco Warriors are having a great time learning about ECO slime, Sea Creatures and forest school activities!
Forest School Creatures
This morning in Art, 3R have used plaster one to creature their own creepy crawly creatures that we might find in our Forest School!
