1A LOVE sharing stories
1A LOVE sitting and listening to stories as a whole class and in smaller groups. The children often approach the class staff and gesture for stories to be shared. It is such a great relationship builder as well as building on children’s communication and social skills.
Star of the Week
Mason is our star of the week for being a super kind friend and engaging his friends in play when he can see they are upset. You are a fantastic friend Mason. Well done.
World Book Day 2025
We have had lots of fun for World Book Day 2025.
We have dressed up as our favourite characters, written a poem and shared lots and lots of stories.

World Book Day Activities
Today we took part in a competition, designing our own book covers and then decorating biscuits with our favourite characters.

Our whole school theme today was poetry about food - we focused on Tongue Twisters. We enjoyed taking part in: A Tongue Twister relay, Tongue Twister Telephone game and had so much fun playing a tongue twister Echo game with our teachers! We finished off our fun activities by creating our own food…
