Madame Tussauds Careers Event.
We were very lucky to have been invited to Madame Tussaud’s in Blackpool to learn about the job of wax modelling and jobs within the tourism industry.
We were able to ask lots of questions and were shown the studio where they model the waxworks and add the paint and hair etc.

Reading in 3C
3C have done some fantastic reading today including some brilliant reading from Leah. Leah read to the whole class. Each time the children read out loud to their class mates they are becoming increasingly confident.

The Twinkly Nativity
We are busy rehearsing for our Christmas show The Twinkly Nativity. Yesterday we went into the hall to experience the space and explore the stage. For some of us it was our first time in the hall and our first time on the stage. We did a fantastic job and enjoyed being on the stage making sounds…
Learning about growing up
In PSHE, we learnt what happens to our bodies, when we grow up. We identified the changes we go through and why these happen.

We have been identifying ‘who’ in 1B. We have been working hard to identify ‘who’ in a range of situations both in person and by looking at pictures that include people and characters. ⭐️ Well done everyone!
Lemonade
As part of our English topic of instructions, we followed instructions on how to make lemonade today. We enjoyed gathering the ingredients, before making it as a class and then tasting the final piece! Delicious
