Catering at the Oracle.
Our Sixth form students have been making Mcaroni cheese today with staff from the Blackpool Catering service.
They made their cheese sauce from scratch, adding extra vegetables and a crispy cauliflower topping.
It all looked and smelt delicious, well done!
Science - Absorbing Materiels
In science we had a fun lesson with water!
We were checking how absorbent (sucking up liquid into itself) different paper towels were. We followed the scientific process to experiment and found out that the most absorbent was a napkin and the least was a paper towel!

Students bathed Spyro the bearded dragon and learned about looking after a bearded dragon.
They also leaned an interesting fact about why bearded dragons are so named, when stressed they enlarge their throat and the skin turns black looking more beard-like.
Socks please!
If you have any old socks that could be donated to school so our children can make sock puppets, this would be much appreciated!
