Celery painting
We have been very arty today . This afternoon we tried something a little different. We painted with celery! The aim was to practice going up and down to paint the stalk of a flower and then used the end of the celery to blob on some flowers. We loved getting messy,
Seasiders exhibition art
Today 1B were very busy creating pieces of art for the Seasiders exhibition. Keep looking back as we are letting the blue paint dry first before we continue.
Chinese farming
3T got to experience what Chinese rice farming is like by hand picking out all the bugs
DT - pancake making
Today we made pancakes with Mr Miller. We loved making them and eating them but didn’t enjoy the part where we learnt about the dangers in a kitchen. We will always try and be safe in the kitchen.
History
In History 2E have been learning about ancient Egypt. In todays lesson we looked at the mummification process using apples!
Senses in Science
In science we have been looking at our 5 different senses. In todays science lesson we used our sense of smell to guess what was in the mystery boxes.
Road safety
In PSHE, we have been learning all about road safety. We went out and demonstrated how to safely cross the road and we took turns wearing the hi-vis coat. Amazing job, 4B!
