5I took the school dogs out for a walk to learn the rules of dog walking and keeping dogs whilst outside with them (Keeping them on leashes etc).
This prepares us for looking after our on pets and dogs, the rules that are involved and how to become good pet owners.

Animal Care @ Myerscough
In our animal care sessions this week we got todo a lot of handling of the animals.
This gets them used to humans and being handled, this means that when the animals need to be seen by the vets or moved to cleaned the enclosures, they are less likely to become distressed.

Bike repair
Poor Mr Dillingham had a flat tyre on his bike today!! So Kris helped him to remove his wheel to help repair the puncture. Well done Kris!!!

5* Food Hygiene
The hard working welfare team at The Oracle received a visit to inspect our food hygiene and kitchen routines. The amazing Mrs Pye works so hard and has quite rightly earned a 5* rating! Well done Mrs Jackson and everyone associated with running our KS5 kitchen.
Scones
Today 5M have had scones with butter and jam, focusing on our cutting and spreading skills. We started by cutting our scones in half and then adding the topping we wanted.
