We are arable farmers

During our topic lessons we are learning all about where food comes from.

We are discovering arable and pastoral farming and how they have changed over time.

To help the children understand “farm to fork”, Mrs Rowe has set up a cress growing area.

The pupils will design their own pot, plant the seeds and care for them so they can enjoy eating the produce.
