Attention Autism-Weather
This week 2W have enjoyed their weather themed attention autism session! We watched Mrs Whitelaw show us some items relating to different weather and then taking it in turns feeling the wind from a fan!
Animal Care at Myerscough Week 1
We’ve had a fantastic first week at Myerscough. We’ve been able to groom Rabbits, a bearded dragon, Guinea Pigs and Giant African Snails. The students already can’t wait for next week!
What blood type are you?
The 4 blood groups are A, B, AB and O. Each of these will be either Rh-positive or Rh-negative. In an emergency, a transfusion of O negative red blood cells can be given to anybody, but it is better to match the exact blood group to avoid serious reactions.
Children in need reminder
It's Children in Need. The theme is 'Spots'. Headbands, badges, wristbands and pens are available from the school office.
Also a cake sale, so bring some money for some delicious cakes!

Dough Disco !
Dough Disco - pupils completed two dough discos to support them building up their fine motor skills and in following instructions. Pupils also combined this with their music appraisal skills and were able to tell adults how the different songs made them feel.
The Cliffs Hotel Blackpool Wednesday November 13th 2024
The Band was invited to perform Christmas tunes and carols for the staff and holidaymakers at the hotel who thoroughly enjoyed listening to us play. A collection to buy Christmas gifts for poorly children was very successful and we were pleased to have done our bit to help!
