Crispy cakes
This afternoon, we worked together to make some crispy cakes. We used key words such as mix, pour and scoop whilst making them. Most of the cakes didn't make it to the fridge to set as we were all too eager to eat them.
Chick, chick, chick, chick, chicken
This morning we have had lots of fun making chicken hats! We love the individuality and creativity of all of the children and the huge smiles on your faces is even better

Busy Things - Computing
This week, the children in 1A have been trialling a new computing programme which we absolutely love! It is a programme which promotes independence whilst teaching new skills and consolidating the things the children already know. Well done everyone.
1A can identify the recycle logo
1A have been identifying the recycle logo from a range of different logos and then we have been looking for the recycle logo on a range of packaging. The children have been verbally saying the word ‘recycle’ when looking at the logo. Well done everyone.
Fire engine visit
Today we were lucky enough to go and visit the fire engine. We got to sit on board, fire the hose and touch some of the equipment that the fire fighters use. This afternoon, some of the children were eager to create their own fire engine. Well done everyone.
1A & 1H’s Draw-a-thon
Well done to everyone in 1A & 1H for a fantastic draw-a-thon activity. We used paint, water, wax crayons, felt tips and highlighters to make marks on a big scale. We had Peppa Pig, cars, people and dinosaur drawings along with lots of number and letter formation.
