Can they do it on a cold and rainy night at PCA… yes they can! The boys braved the Baltic conditions in the middle of March, yes you read that right... MARCH, to put on another wonderful display of football which went right to the wire again!

The bibs took an early 4-1 lead within the first 10 minutes, though it’s could have been a few more it it wasn’t for Bradley and his fine goal keeping skills. The non-bibs gradually got themselves back into the game and at one point took a 7-6 lead thanks to Patrick’s penalty and his 10th goal of the campaign! With both goal keepers (Bradley and Gabe) on fine form, we wondered if the ball was going to hit the back of the net again in the last 10 minutes, but this was boys football and they made sure it did! There was a surge of goals in the last 10 minutes with who we though was Gareth Bale with his wizard of a left foot, it was non other than Leo who got himself a brace to give the bibs a 9-6 lead. Jamie-Lee, a hat-trick hero a few weeks ago, got himself another hat-trick to bring his team level with 5 minutes to go. A goal from Cody and 2 from Lucius, they though they'd won the game for the bibs as they extended their lead to 12, but a long distance strike from Callum and a double from Sharu, the non bibs levelled with seconds on the clock. 

Controversial scenes at the end, as a defensive free kick was played long and the final whistle blew before Lucius put the ball in the back of the net. Now who’d be a referee? Mr Beckett would and he disallowed the goal for the game to end in a respectable 12 all draw. Well done boys!

Player of the Match: A player from either side picked up this weeks Player of the Match award. Leo, who has recently joined the club, has shown excellent discipline and was rewarded with 2 goals for his great performance and Patrick, who's footballing skills have improved significantly over the past few months, made two fantastic passes to assist his team mates when scoring and he also got his 10th goal of the campaign, here's to another 10!
