Tasting Milk's and milk substitutes

We have been taste testing different types of milk (Whole, semi skimmed, skimmed) and milk substitutes. We logged our data to a spreadsheet to find out which ones were preferred. Some students were surprised by some of the milk substitutes (Oat, Almond, Soy) and how tasty they were!
