Dog training week 4
Some of our KS5 pupils have been great dog trainers once again! This week we learnt how to get Molly to jump through a hoop which was very entertaining!
Maths Cafe
This morning, 5I opened up their maths cafe during their maths lesson! This week they swapped roles so everyone had the chance to be either a server or a customer!

On Monday, Kamron brought his medal and certificate in to show 5I his great achievement!
Kamron has worked extremely hard and attained the Gold Music Medal Award for all of his musical contributions whilst being at PCA! A huge well done to Kamron!
KS 5 life skills college group
This morning Emma has been using good communication skills to organise a game with her friends . Emma took charge and explained how to play the game and also encouraged her friends to use their communication skills too.
Gold music award
Well done to Kamron & Nathan who were presented with their Gold Award in music in assembly today. Their dedication, hard work & commitment to the band made this achievement possible. A huge well done.
5GT STEM
Some great concentration as well as fun in this afternoons STEM challenge. Create the highest structure that will support an apple . Well done 5GT, some great team work and good banter!
Harvest vegetables
Today 5M have been creating Harvest Vegetables for the Harvest display board. The students chose their own vegetable and found the resources to make their creation. We used paint, card, pastels, mosaics and felt tip pens.

Ks5 life skills college group
KS5 life skills college group have been using a tape measure to measure the length of a room. They had to hold the tape measure straight and look at the measurement and try to read it accurately.

In English 5GT have been looking at abbreviations and how to use them in sentences. They have also been using abbreviations for personal information such as Mr, Mrs, Miss ,Mz and using them to fill in forms.
