3J 2024-2025

Today in Re we had a discussion about respecting people’s beliefs and we should respond if we don’t necessarily agree with the persons belief what they have. 
 

This morning we got on the mini bus to look around Blackpool attractions and landmarks what we are studying in Humanities.

This Morning we got to watch a performance by the m&m production called Alice in wonderland as part of Arts Awards.

Today in music we had a go at playing the chime bars to play the song happy. We also went on the piano to play the notes  A G B.  
 

Today in STEM we took part in a commando joe challenge. We had to transport the balls  to the bucket using the pipes. We had to use lots of skills for us to use when completing this challenge such as team work, communication skills and problem and decision making. 
 

Today we voted for the pupil in 3J to be pupil voice/school councillor in 3J. We had lot of interest and votes was counted and verified. Well done to Izzy you are the class pupils voice this year for 3J.

Today in drama we learnt about freeze frames and when they can be used in a stage production. 

Well done Lucas you are 3Js achiever of the week for his super team work in stem this week. 

Today in science we was showed by Mrs Rainey how to use a Bunsen burner safely and correctly in the science lab. We then had a turn each and be very brave and safe with how to turn on the gas tap and Bunsen burner on safely. We all did a fantastic job and got a Bunsen burner certificate for us to…

Today 3J visited the school library to pick up a reading for pleasure book. 

We started the morning with taking part in chair aerobics with Mrs Mills to get us ready for the day ahead. In PHSE with Mrs Rainey we are looking at ways we communicate with asking questions to one another in the class.
