3B 2024-2025

3B got to try some Chinese food today during our Humanities lesson! Everyone thought the food was delicious and it was very interesting to see how it differs from food we find in the UK! 

Today we have looked into the Terracotta Army founded in China. Everyone got to design their own Terracotta Army generals buried in the ground!

3B had the best time during PE ! We had a game of tug of war and then got to have a spin around on the boogie boards

During RE we are looking into Holy Week and this week we are focusing on Palm Sunday. We looked into what happened to Jesus on Palm Sunday and why that day is special during Holy Week.

3B had fun using the Beebots to create different algorithms making them move ! 

3Bs Achiever of the Week this week is Aamaya for her excellent work in phonics this week ! Well Done Aamaya ! 

Happy World Book Day ! Everyone in 3B look fabulous! We have a Cookie Monster, Stitch, a Hare,  a Pilot, a Butterfly, School Students, Robbie Williams, Minecraft man, Erling Haaland and a Cheerleader

During our Arts Award topic, 3B have been looking into Abstract Art! Today we used watercolours to paint our own version of Abstract Art.

This week in PHSE, we have looked into Healthy eating. We all created a healthy meal which included carbohydrates, protein, vegetables and dairy.

Today during STEM 3B looked into how our hearts work. We used Stethoscopes to listen to each others heartbeats and Mrs Whitworth even brought in a real Lamb heart that everyone got to look at and hold ! 

Today in Humanities, we all had a go at building our version of the Great Wall of China ! Everyone used their STEM and teamwork skills to create lots of different structures, which were all very impressive. 

This morning 3B enjoyed some lovely Pancakes in celebration of Pancake Day! They were delicious
