1B 2024-2025

Dakota is star of the week for listening really well when asked to follow instructions .Well done Dakota!

Today in 1B we have been learning about the weather. As it was sunny we talked about the sun and what we need to wear if it’s sunny. We then made our own sun pictures using straws to blow the paint.

We had a lovely afternoon in 1B. First we listened to the story about how Mr Wolf made pancakes, then we helped put the ingredients into a bowl and mixed them all up, we then sat down and even spread our jam onto the pancakes.They were very yummy too.

1B have been practicing having a go at writing their name today. We were able to recognise our photos and then mark make under our name.

Kaylee is star of the week for being really engaged in our activity using the squirty bottle. Kaylee displayed really good fine motor skills when holding the bottle and then pressing the nozzle.

Toddy we were using sticks to see how many different sounds we could make.

Happy half term 1B. You have worked so hard this term. Have a lovely week off and have lots of fun.

Star of the week is Cleo for hanging her coat up when asked and also for amazing sounding out of her phonics sounds.

We have been very arty today . This afternoon we tried something a little different. We painted with celery! The aim was to practice going up and down to paint the stalk of a flower and then used the end of the celery to blob on some flowers. We loved getting messy,

Today 1B were very busy creating pieces of art for the Seasiders exhibition. Keep looking back as we are letting the blue paint dry first before we continue.

Logan is our star of the week for amazing listening during carpet time this week 

We had so much fun today during PE, We loved dancing to music, catching bubbles and our favourite game, how fast can we get the balls off the parachute .
