Addison and Josh-Maths buddies
During independent learning time, Josh and Addison chose to sit together and create maths challenges for each other. It was lovely to watch them really enjoy themselves whilst taking part in extra learning.

Wherever we draw our creations, the chalks are always popular and enjoyed by everyone.
There's something special about seeing what the children creatively express when left to let their imaginations flow without boundaries.

Darius made a snack
Mrs Rowe was making a snack this afternoon when Darius came over and asked if he could help.
He very sensibly cut up fruit and maltloaf then shared them with the class.

Finlay the Baker
Finlay arrived in school this morning with a box full of cakes.
He had made them with his Nanny and brought them in to share with all his friends.

A barrel of laughs
It's a good thing we have so many barrels because the children love them.

Wheeley good fun
For those who just wanna go fast.....we have an awesome scooter and bike zone.
Surrounded by tyres, the children can zoom around and practice their skills.
We love to mix it up by creating chalk towns with petrol station, traffic lights and a local police station...we even have a duck…

Balloons are a fantastic way to bring mixed ages together through play and learn resilience as they pop or blow away.

Bubbles bubbles
All you need is washing up liquid, a little bit of water and a whisk.
These bubbles are a huge hit and we love to load up our hands and do a big clap!!! High fives are also encouraged.

Left and right
In maths this week we have been focusing on embedding our left and right.
We have done some great activities to support our learning including directing each other through a maze, dancing using the correct arm and drawing on the correct side.
