Landscape drawings
In Art today, 3H developed their drawing and shading skills to explore the world of landscape artwork. Using both traditional pencil, graphite stick and charcoal pupils learnt how to create the illusion of depth in the picture creating dark and light layers to show distance.

Leaf drawings
In Art today, 3H learnt how to create accurate observational drawings from nature using the leaf to hone their drawing and shading skills further. Excellent work everyone!

Welcome back 3H
Welcome back 3H! After our lovely summer break, it was great to welcome 3H into school today. This afternoon, we finished the day reading our new class novel ‘ The boy who made the World disappear’ in the Outdoor Classroom.
