Rap-tastic!

As part of our Rap topic in Music, we explored how important it is for rappers to count the best and stay in time with the music. We learned that the word STOP in the Chorus of our song always falls on the first beat of the bar, and we put this into practice in a fun, sensory way by splatting the table with a paint handprint every time we sang the word STOP! This meant we had to listen carefully, remember when the beat was coming and keep steady timing. Everyone showed brilliant focus and rhythm!
