PE in 1B
What a fabulous morning outside using the bats and balls in different ways. The children have been hitting, pushing and throwing the balls into buckets and through cones. Well done everyone
Throwing underarm
We managed to dodge the rain during our PE lesson this morning. We had so much fun experimenting with throwing a range of balls at a target. Fantastic work everyone.
PE - underarm throwing
Wow 1B, what a great PE lesson. The children were all engaged in our weekly warm up, getting our bodies ready for our PE lesson. All of the children were fantastic at throwing a ball, underarm, at a target. We still have lots more practise to do but the effort from everyone was amazing.

PE Mondays
We love getting the week started by having PE on a Monday morning. It wakes us up and gets us ready for a week of learning. We have been jumping, following a circuit, using the trampolines and having lots of fun bouncing and jumping in the bouncy room. Well done everyone.
Jump!
Wow we are tired already and it’s only 10:15. We have done so much jumping this morning. Big jumps, small jumps, jumping on the trampoline and star jumps. Well done everyone.
PE - JUMPING
This half term we are learning to jump in PE. All of the children have tried extremely hard today and have shown great resilience. Others have impressed us by taking a risk and trying. Well done everyone. What a great start to the new year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Balancing and throwing in 1B
This afternoon we have been practising beanbags on different parts of our body. I think the children enjoyed balancing the bean bags on their heads the most. The children then had a go at using n underarm throw to get the Ben bag into the hoop. ⭐️
Bentley the football star!
Bentley won Man of the Match this weekend for being an outstanding player and team mate!

PE in 1B
We watched some videos of how elephants walk and we practised walking slowly and quickly like elephants do. We started our session with some warm up exercises which the children loved.

This afternoon, we have been to the MUGA to do PE. We have been crawling through the tunnel, rolling, jumping and spinning.well done 1B⭐️☺️
KS5 Sport - Football
Mr Whittaker took us from the Oracle back to PCA to have a game of football!
We started by practicing our shooting before eventually getting into a game!
