Firework pictures
In science we created special firework pictures using special neon paint! We then had to blow the paint using straws to create our firework splats!
Charlie cook’s favourite book!
Miss miller introduced our new class story today in English! Charlie cook’s favourite book, we really enjoyed looking at the colourful pictures and meeting a range of new characters ☺️
Sensory outdoor fun
We were so lucky this morning to be the first class to use our new sensory outdoor garden! The children used their gross motor skills to climb over the obstacles and loved exploring the wide range of new equipment!
Diwali lanterns!
We all created our own Diwali lanterns in RE using the different materials available, we made them as colourful as possible as we found out that Diwali is the festival of light!
Apple bobbing!
For bucket, we enjoyed magic balloons and apple bobbing.
Pumpkin stamping
In maths, we enjoyed stamping the apple to make paint pumpkins and count how many we needed.
Pumpkin fizz
For bucket we enjoyed ‘pumpkin fizz’ and ‘ghost splat’ as part of our Attention Autism.
Pumpkin making
We have enjoyed making our vert own pumpkin today. We chose the design before using DT skills to scoop the guts out!
