Daily affirmations
Each morning in 2H we choose a daily affirmation that we say during registration. This week we have recited “I am respectful” and “I am a good friend”. We try to come back to these affirmations through the day and encourage each other to show these qualities. Each affirmation has a song we play…

Birthday celebrations!
This morning we celebrated Miss Illingworth’s 18th birthday. We gave cards, sang happy birthday and shared cake.

Our library
We visited the library during our English lesson and brought some books back to class. We love reading together as a class and library books are perfect for reading for pleasure

Forest school
We have really enjoyed exploring the forest school this afternoon. Everybody walked around finding lots of different features, including spiderwebs and blackberries.

Our first day in 2H
We had so much fun on our first day in 2H. We spent time playing together and getting to know our new classmates and teachers, we made some special balloons using foil too. We are so excited for the year ahead!
