Changing Tires at Myerscough
This week some students from 4H attended their second Motorsports taster session at Myerscough College, we learned how to use hand tools like a ratchet and a torque wrench to remove and change a tire.

Teaghan supporting in KS1
Big well done to Teaghan who has not only been supporting in KS1 at break times, but has also been going with Miss Cassidy to support 1C and 1P in their Music lessons. Miss Cassidy said Teaghan did a great job, we’re all super proud of her.
Plasticine Modelling
This week in Art we’ve been practicing our plasticine modelling skill to create different shapes and creatures.

This morning we made nachos with homemade salsa and cheese.
Mr Taylor tried to eat some but was firmly told “That’s nacho cheese”
Fashion Show
We loved taking part in the fashion show yesterday, the theme was all about being unique, so we chose to enter to a very unique mashup of Nirvana and Rick Astley, well done 4W
Stanley Park
We had a great morning at Stanley Park, we enjoyed the swings, played football and even got to feed the ducks!
Emire’s Watercolour
Emire has been working hard at home painting a watercolour, she brought it into school this morning to show us.
RE
In RE we’ve been learning about places of worship, today we made posters to show people how to behave in a place of worship, most students chose to use images they found online… Cam… did not.
Think like an engineer day
Today we’ve enjoyed think like an engineer day, we had a Q and A with two engineers and took part in a competition to design a friendly space for dogs
Red Nose Day
We’ve had a great Red Nose Day and really embraced the theme of Sportswear and Crazy Hair
International Women’s Day
Yesterday PCA held a coffee morning for international women’s day there was a school wide colouring competition which was won by our very own Tamara!
