Today in 2P the children explored a variety of sounds using electric keyboards and drums, experimenting with different keys, beats and rhythms. They enjoyed discovering how pressing different keys created a-range of high and low notes, while tapping, banging and changing the strength of their movements on the drums produced different sounds. The children had fun creating their own rhythms, copying patterns and exploring how sounds could be combined to make music. This supported their listening skills, creativity, coordination and confidence as they expressed themselves through music.
