For DT today we went down to the allotment, we put our gardening gloves on to prepare the allotment for mowing. We had a go at digging and starting to clear the allotment of loose logs, branches and wooden pieces so that the grass is ready to be mowed. This provided our pupils the opportunity to develop skills in preparation for adulthood, focusing on communication, teamwork and using tools for a purpose.
