Whilst out in our local environment, we explored road safety and what it means to stay safe near roads. We discussed important rules such as stopping, looking and listening before crossing, and being aware of traffic. Students were encouraged to talk about safe and unsafe choices and demonstrated a growing understanding of how to keep themselves safe.
