In today’s art lesson, pupils explored symmetry through squash painting while enjoying lots of sensory input. They folded paper, added blobs of paint and pressed it together. When they opened the paper, they were delighted to see bright, symmetrical patterns appear, turning a sensory experience into a creative moment.
