
In our RE lesson, we learned about kindness through Buddhist ideas and calm, interactive activities. We began by smiling at each other and practicing kind greetings, noticing how small actions can make us feel happy and welcome.
We explored meditation and deep breathing to help us feel calm and relaxed. Sensory vibrating pillows supported quiet reflection and helped everyone focus and feel peaceful.
To finish, we practiced using kind hands by gently massaging our hands and arms, learning how kindness can be shown through caring actions. It was lovely to see the pupils engage in a calm and thoughtful lesson that helped us understand how kindness can be practiced every day.
