Animal Husbandry is the process of looking after animal health and wellbeing. With the giant African land snails this involved bathing them in clean warm water and cleaning their shells.

Today's session started with a classroom lesson on Healthy Lifestyles.
Students were then taken to the college's Sports Conditioning Room part of the Myerscough Sale Sharks Academy to do cardiovascular and conditioning training.

At the first Myerscough College sports session the pupils introduced themselves to Olly the tutor and had a cardiovascular gym induction. For the first week the pupils did some football skills training and finished with a match.
