Competition Time! Blackpool Council are running a competition for our secondary pupils. They would like you to design a poster for them to use, advising ways we can keep safe in the community. There are some amazing prizes to be won! Please hand all entries to Mrs Mills by the 28th March!

In music, we took on the role of a professional costume designer by designing our own face masks for the performers in ‘The Lion King The Musical’. Fantastic effort 3H, you have impressed us with your artistic skills and creativity!

Today in Geography we enjoyed working together in teams to use resources found in the classroom to build our own Great Walls of China! We talked about how the Great Wall of China has often been compared to a dragon, how tall it is and why it was built. Some great teamwork was on display! Well done…

During our English lessons we have been looking at Kennings Poems. We have used two adjectives with a hyphen to describe something, we came up with some fantastic ideas. Well done.

3H’s Achiever of the week is Lucas for giving 100% effort to all of his lessons and consistently following the PCA way! Well done Lucas! 

Our whole school theme today was poetry about food - we focused on Tongue Twisters. We enjoyed taking part in: A Tongue Twister relay, Tongue Twister Telephone game and had so much fun playing a tongue twister Echo game with our teachers! We finished off our fun activities by creating our own food…
