During our trip we watched how some of the moulds are cut….and found a tardis!

This afternoon we went on a trip to the illuminations dept where they fix and store all of the illuminations.
A letter for the King
The characters in a book 3J are reading wrote a letter to the royal family and the class wanted to do the same. Today we walked to the postbox to post our letter. We hope King Charles writes back.
Achiever of the Week

Basecamp
3J have been learning about Mount Everest and Basecamp. We had a zoom meeting with a lady who has walked up to Basecamp and we asked her questions about her trip. It was very interesting.
Mr Doodle tops
In Art this half term, 3J have been looking into the artist Mr Doodle. They have all designed their own tops in the style of Mr Doodle with their own twist. They’ve turned out fantastic !

Qua’ran and Rihal
Today in RE, 3J got to look inside a real Qua’ran and it’s stand called the Rihal !
3J’s Amaryllis Plant
In January, 3J planted their very own Amaryllis plant and have been tracking how much it has grown. Over the past few days it has grown 15cm !

The creation of mountains
3J have learnt all about the creation of different types of mountains. They learnt all about fold, plateau and dome mountains. 3J then did an experiment for 3K to show how they are created.
