Wallpapering at B&FC
Today some year 11 pupils are back at Blackpool and the Fylde college on their construction course. Today is focusing on removing wallpaper, pasting and putting up lining paper.

Today some year 11 pupils have been back at Blackpool and the Fylde college. We have been looking at different ways of removing wallpaper as well as putting up lining paper using wallpaper paste.

Voting for head pupils
Today 4J have been voting for their next head pupils. We were given a time to attend a polling station, where we individually selected our head pupil by ticking a form and posting it anonymously. We cant wait to see whos elected! Well done 4J!

Painting and Decorating
Today year 11s started their college taster sessions. 6 pupils have started a construction course, they have been learning about different aspects of painting and decorating. They have stripped walls this morning in preparation for re application of wallpaper. They've worked really hard learning…

Today we have started our college taster sessions. 5 year 11 students have been stripping walls of wallpaper ready to re apply new wallpaper. They've worked hard this morning learning about new equipment, techaniques and safety aspects of the construction sector.

4J Gym session at The Oracle
Today class 4J have had a workout session at a The Oracle gym. Everyone gave 100% and got a taster on lots of different gym equipment. Well done 4J!!

Delivering letters
Today we have been considering our community, we have been delivering letters to neighbours around school. The letters have been letting them know that builders will be starting work shortly to build our new gym and there may be extra noise, mess or traffic,, well done 4J!
