In PE we are continuing to focus on circuits and improving our fitness. We’ve spoken about how exercise affects our bodies and why we need to get our hearts beating faster. Everyone has made such great progress and we are all having so much fun. Well done 2G!

Well done 2G, you listened to and followed instructions correctly to make your very own lanterns!

We’re all very excited in 2G this morning, we are getting ready to celebrate children in needs day and enjoy our treats for rewards morning. Everybody looks great. Thank you everyone for all your kind donations.

In topic we have been learning all about Bronze Age toys, we have been learning about how the toys were made and the differences between them and modern toys, this afternoon we made our own models of Bronze Age toys using play dough. We all agreed that we would much prefer to play with our own…

The girls enjoyed telling the class all about their exciting trip to the reptile house, they told us all about the different animals they’d seen and even showed us a picture of them holding a bearded dragon. Thank you  for sharing your story girls.

This morning we have had lots of fun in PE exploring different activities. We’ve practised archery, jumped on the trampolines, stacked cups, shot hoops and even tried curling.

This morning Lucas told everyone about his wonderful holiday to Edinburgh during half term. He told us all about the animals he had seen in the zoo. It sounded brilliant! He gave out chocolates and a pencil for all his friends in 2G. Thank you.

We’re very proud of our Shakespeare Ambassadors and attended a meeting at Royals Brooke school to meet with other schools. 

They will be responsible for putting forward their ideas about what shows come to the Blackpool Grand Theatre and  what our school…

2G built a bridge, out of bones (cotton buds) and sticky tape. We wanted to see how many cubes our bridges could hold.
