In STEM today, 3R worked either in pairs or individually to build a structure using a small amount of resources which had to hold as many bears as they could without them falling onto the ‘lava’. The winning structure had held 33 bears! 

Today in Drama, 3R discussed what the world could be like in 300 years! We discussed how the world is changing and researched about how devices, cars, transport, clothing, the environment and so on could all be very different in the future.

2W enjoyed dancing to their song ‘Unique’ in 5e Fashion show! The theme was ‘Be You’, everyone chose their own costumes and outfits to reflect their uniqueness! 

Today as part of a STEM activity, 2W worked in pairs to create a structure for the ‘Egg Drop Challenge’. Sadly none of our eggs survived the drop but everyone had lots of fun creating their structures!

Today in R.E we have learnt about the story of ‘Jesus Feeds the 5000’, we discussed the importance of sharing and being kind to one another. Everyone has made their own fish to represent the food the Jesus shared. 

2W had an exciting visit this morning from Fire Service! They showed us how to use the sirens and the lights and even showed a thermal imaging camera . We learnt about 5eir specialist uniform that they wear to protect them. 2W mostly enjoyed using the fire hose to knock down cones!
