This week, we are focusing on the sound ‘a’ and practising our letter formation.
The children have been using the formation rhyme “Down the apple, around the leaf” to help them remember how to write the letter ‘a’. We have been practising together and encouraging the children to have a go independently.
It has been lovely to see the children engaging with their learning and developing their confidence as they practise forming the letter.
