In our communication and language RISE session we engaged in an exciting shredded paper sensory experience. We used our hands, jugs and spoons to throw the paper into the air and loved watching the paper float down. We verbalised and practiced words such as ‘go’ and ‘more’. Some pupils then enjoyed using the brushes to sweep the paper back into the tray showing super independence. This was a great way to develop our communication, language and shared play skills!
